Personal Financial Service Representative

We are seeking a Personal Financial Service Representative to join our International Wealth Management and Premier Banking business in retail banking branches.

The successful candidate will provide high-quality professional services to meet and exceed customer service standards.

Key responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Branch Customer Services Manager and other teams to achieve KPIs and deliver quality services to customers.
• Support Premier Relationship Managers (PRMs) in serving Premier customers, identifying business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.
• Perform branch operational tasks, such as account opening, transaction processing, and documentation.
• Develop multi-service skills and maintain flexibility in service task rotation and assignment.

Requirements:

• University degree or above.
• Experience in the financial industry.
• Good interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive and business-oriented.
• Familiarity with banking regulations and financial systems.
• Basic English communication skills are desirable.

Licenses/Qualifications:

• Trust industry business personnel license.
• Band 7 requires foreign exchange business handling and review personnel certification and bank internal control and internal audit testing, or experience as an internal auditor for over a year.
