Description
We are seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you will be critical to helping customers receive value from their investment in Tanium and ensuring Tanium maintains its high-value, loyal customer base.
Responsibilities:
- Drive and communicate value for federal, state, and local government customers by aligning Tanium capabilities to desired customer outcomes
- Contribute to world-class retention and expansion by partnering with teammates across functional areas
- Build and maintain executive and administrative customer relationships within customer's organisations
- Apply experience with large, decentralized organisations and hybrid environments to guide implementation, adoption, and utilisation
- Solidify Tanium as a system of record for various functional IT disciplines within customer environments
- Facilitate planning, coordination, development, and execution of Executive Business Reviews
- Collaborate across functional areas within Tanium to drive development of Tanium solutions
- Leverage technical domain expertise and internal technical resources to provide effective solutions to customer issues
- Advocate for customers by sharing feedback and use cases with product and engineering
- Ensure customer success through proactive periodic health checks, product training, and developing technical best practices
- Understand unique complexity of customers and create best path to full Tanium platform adoption and expansion
- Contribute to strategic customer plans and execute assigned strategies and tactics
- Perform activities and data management to drive adoption and value
Requirements:
- More than 6 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Renewals, or Service Management / Professional Services
- Experience working with Australian Federal Government agencies and personnel
- Consulting and project management skills
- Working knowledge of endpoint technology and major business outcomes for a CIO
- Security clearance (NV1 or higher)
- BA/BS or equivalent experience preferred
