Physical Therapist - Premium Pay

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team at our Puyallup location. As a Physical Therapist, you will work with patients to develop and implement treatment plans to help them recover from injuries or manage chronic conditions.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial evaluations to assess patients' physical abilities and develop treatment plans
• Implement treatment plans using a variety of techniques, including exercises, stretches, and manual therapy
• educate patients on proper techniques for performing exercises and stretches
• Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

Requirements:

• Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Washington
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients and other healthcare professionals
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with patients with complex medical conditions
• Certification in a specialized area of physical therapy, such as sports medicine or pediatrics
• Bilingual or multilingual skills
