Student Marketeer - Lagos State University

As a Red Bull Student Marketeer, you will be part of the most dynamic and empowered brand and product ambassador program in the world. Reporting to the local Field Marketing Specialist (FMS), you will learn Red Bull’s target group and drive the brand image and product understanding on your campus and in the region.

Responsibilities:

• Be a brand and product ambassador, representing Red Bull in a premium way
• Build and execute a tailored and innovative campus plan to engage students and bring the brand to life
• Create a strong network on and around your campus, establishing relationships with key local individuals
• Identify local collegiate content creators and work with your FMS to bring them into the World of Red Bull
• Grow the user base by inviting positive trial and awareness of Red Bull through product sampling
• Work at Red Bull events, collegiate activations, and supported events to ensure an unforgettable brand experience
• Build awareness and encourage participation in the World of Red Bull
• Increase brand engagement on social media handles through authentic content
• Build relationships with local sales account managers and ensure Red Bull is available and visible in outlets
• Collaborate with sales to open new distribution points for Red Bull
• Leverage relevant assets to keep Red Bull top of mind in sales accounts
• Ensure perfect execution of defined store standards

Requirements:

• At least 18 years old
• Current undergraduate student at Lagos State University
• Not in first or final year of study
• Valid Nigerian driver’s license
• Fluent in English, additional languages an advantage
• Ability to work flexible part-time hours, including evenings and weekends
• Immersed in student life with an understanding of the university landscape and local city
• Connected with a diverse range of influential groups and individuals on campus
• Affinity for project management, working 'behind the scenes', and winning sales
• Team player, willing to represent Red Bull with branded outfits and onboard the iconic Red Bull Mini
