Join our new HR Shared Service Center in Érd, Hungary, as a Payroll Specialist. You will be responsible for the monthly preparatory payroll processes for our Austrian locations, including execution of travel expense accounting, maintaining and managing changes in the employee lifecycle, and first point of contact for employees' queries about payslips and expense reports. Your tasks will also involve close cooperation with internal HR interfaces, accounting and controlling in Austria, and support in ensuring a smooth billing process.
As a successful candidate, you will have relevant previous experience as a payroll accountant, completed commercial training, and confident handling of MS Office. Ideally, you will have experience with SAP HCM and SAP Concur. Your strong German language skills (at least B2+) and good knowledge of English will enable you to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.
