Description
Within the Sales team, you will be a Striker responsible for customer relationships and negotiation with Etnhic Minimarkets and Gas Station accounts in specific geographical areas.
Your goal is to achieve all the elements of Red Bull Perfect Store, including availability, visibility, and additional placements of Red Bull to enable maximum sales of all Red Bull products.
Responsibilities
Territory Coverage
You will maintain effective coverage of all agreed outlets at optimum frequencies in a cost-effective manner and develop your designated area.
Perfect Store
You will maintain and grow Perfect Store standards focusing on availability, visibility, placements, and messaging. You will build quality relationships with foreign store stakeholders through effective communication and influence decision-makers by presenting compelling insights and commercial proposals.
Stock Management
You will influence store-level orders to enable Red Bull range availability and ensure a fair stock level to secure a proper range availability and visibility to our consumers.
POS Management
You will secure (and where possible, improve) the agreed in-store presence of the Red Bull. You will place POS material, ensuring it's correctly sited and maintained in all outlets, mainly ethnic accounts. You will also ensure agreed promotions are in place and running from the first day.
Administration and Reporting
You will measure, track, and audit key in-store metrics using specific digital tools. You will complete all necessary administrative tasks accurately and on time.
Requirements
- Growth Mindset and proactive approach
- Ability to manage and cultivate good relationships
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, as you will mainly manage ethnic point of sales. For that reason, it is required English language knowledge
- Comfortable working autonomously in a field-based environment
- Experience in FMCG is a plus
- Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Valid driving license
You will travel 90-100%.
