As an Embedded People Engineer, you'll be uniquely positioned at the intersection of engineering and people operations, working directly within our People Team to transform high-touch, manual workflows into scalable, automated solutions.
In this role, you'll have the unique opportunity to directly influence and scale internal people operations for our customers (Palantirians), who are working alongside the world's most critical institutions. By building on Palantir's powerful platforms, leveraging integrated cutting-edge AI, you'll help Palantir unlock the full potential to make smarter, faster decisions.
Key responsibilities include designing and building custom applications, integrations, and workflows that eliminate manual processes, wrangling data and using AI to accelerate and enhance critical operations, shaping team strategy and driving projects from ideation to deployment, and developing embedded relationships, building alongside user-groups and key stakeholders.
We're looking for someone with 2+ years of software engineering experience, proficiency with one or more programming languages, hands-on experience leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) to enhance operations, and interest and curiosity in bringing technical solutions to the people space.
