Staff Product Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a Staff Product Manager to lead the development of our Merchant Experience Platform. As a key member of our product team, you will be responsible for defining and delivering a world-class, seamless merchant experience across the entire journey, from self-serve onboarding and platform configurations to transparent billing and effortless payments.

Key Responsibilities

• Define the multi-year roadmap for the Merchant Experience Platform, encompassing onboarding, integrations, configuration, billing, and payments.
• Own the experience flow from a merchant's first interaction, through system configuration and data setup, to their ongoing financial transactions and reporting.
• Drive the strategy for seamlessly integrating with external merchant technologies, including ERP systems (like NetSuite) and e-commerce platforms, ensuring robust data exchange and workflow integrity.
• Drive the strategy and execution for automated payment solutions, revenue recognition, and reliable financial reporting.
• Partner with Engineering, Finance, Operations, and Sales to ensure a friction-less merchant journey and accurate financial outcomes.
• Act as a subject matter expert who coaches and mentors Senior and IC PMs on complex systems thinking, financial modeling, and platform architecture design.

Minimum Qualifications

• 8+ years in Product Management, preferably within Logistics Tech, SaaS Integrations, Fintech.
• Deep understanding of APIs, ERP integrations, and financial reconciliation workflows.
• Systems thinking and analytical rigor.
• Problem-solving grit and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to drive results in complex, regulated industries.
