Physical Therapist

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team at our Phoenix location. As a Physical Therapist, you will work with patients to help them recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions. You will conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and provide hands-on therapy to patients. Our Physical Therapists work in an outpatient setting, providing care to patients with a variety of conditions, including sports injuries, musculoskeletal disorders, and neurological conditions.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial evaluations to assess patients' conditions and develop treatment plans
• Provide hands-on therapy, including exercises, stretches, and manual therapy techniques
• Educate patients on proper techniques for exercises and activities
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatment plans
