Lead Artist, Brington - Own Store

Full-time and permanent contract

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Artist to join our team at our Brington store. As a Lead Artist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and leading by example to inspire and motivate our retail artist team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead by example to consistently achieve and exceed personal sales goals and KPI's
• Create brand awareness through the sharing and demonstration of strong product knowledge
• Be proactive in booking appointments and maximizing every consultation
• Take every opportunity to extend exceptional customer service beyond the in-store experience; driving the customer database for direct marketing opportunities within Company guidelines
• Be an inspiration to the team, demonstrating exceptional artistry; giving on the spot coaching and feedback to develop the Retail Artists
• Fluency in Charlotte Tilbury’s makeup style, language and expertise in product knowledge
• Drive masterclasses and event activity in-store, ensure appointments are fully booked
• Bring active support and initiative for counter events/new product launches; sharing ideas
• Demonstrate immaculate grooming standards always, reflecting your makeup look and in accordance with the Charlotte Tilbury grooming guidelines

What You Will Need:

• Passionate for the Charlotte Tilbury brand
• Engaging and personable
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Experienced artist
• Proven track record in driving personal sales
• Customer facing experience
• Social Media presence
• Experience of managing and planning in-store events
