Senior Consultant Specialist

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist.

Principal responsibilities:

• Being the key enabler to manage services for CDMS
• Promote the best technology to improve user experience in Customer journey
• Understand and clarify functional requirements and create detailed technical design for developers
• Conduct necessary code reviews to ensure high coding standard quality and programming principles are achieved
• Design and develop applications on Customer journey
• Lead and coach new developers to meet delivery goals and metrics
• Adopt the best technical design patterns into coding and improve code flexibility
• Ensure the appropriate support model is established, which may include 3rd party providers
• Ensure problem resolution within agreed timelines
• Support delivery team capability uplift
• Support/participate in department management and strategic initiatives
• Deep understanding of software development and engineering

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with Java, Spring, J2EE, and SQL technologies, and a passion for new technologies
• Strong proficiency in Java; good understanding of object-oriented design and programming
• Good knowledge of Spring Boot/Spring Cloud framework
• Good knowledge and experience with relational databases and NoSQL (such as MongoDB, Redis) development
• Good understanding of event brokers such as Kafka
• Familiarity with software development design patterns
• Working experience in DevOps, Agile environment is a plus
• Experience with RESTful API design and development
• Expertise in API technologies such as RESTful API, WebSocket
• Experience with containerization, ideally using Kubernetes
• Experience with Agents usage is a plus
• Ability to understand business requirements in written English and translate them into technical solutions
• Knowledge of benchmarking and performance optimization
• Familiarity with tools such as Git, Jenkins, Sonar
