Description
We're looking for a highly skilled and versatile Mission Integration Engineer. In this role, you'll be the go-to person for both the hardware and software aspects of our system, working directly with customers in the field and remotely to ensure seamless integration and operation of all systems.
Your responsibilities will include:
Providing end-to-end support including hardware setup and software configuration. Pre-configuring systems and ensuring seamless integration with program infrastructure. Troubleshooting issues in real-time, applying analytical thinking and hands-on problem-solving skills. Authoring training documentation and instructions for end users and internal program usage. Configuring and troubleshooting networking environments, including firewalls, routers, switches, access points, and cloud-based environments.
To be successful in this role, you'll need to have strong experience with Linux systems configuration and administration, knowledge of basic DC electrical systems, excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in the field and collaborate with customers and team members.
