Description
We're seeking an experienced Head of Aftersales to develop and execute our annual Aftersales strategy and business plans. As a key member of our team, you will monitor and analyse services, parts sales, and KPI data, manage and improve Aftersales standardisation and processes, ensure quality control and customer satisfaction monitoring, coordinate staff capacity planning and recruitment, and drive continuous improvement and handle complaints/events.
The ideal candidate will have a relevant degree or diploma in automotive or mechanical engineering, minimum 5 years Aftersales management experience in a premium industry, experience in customer relationship management, fluency in written and spoken English, and well-established project management and reporting skills, with a high proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook & Team.
As a leader, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall Aftersales experience. You will work closely with our team to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to drive business success.
