Sales Trainee - San Antonio

We are seeking a motivated and sales-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Trainee in San Antonio.

The Sales Trainee role is a training position designed to prepare you for the Account Sales Manager role. As a Sales Trainee, you will support sales initiatives, provide route coverage for the Account Sales Manager during vacation, sickness, injury, or special projects, and work closely with management to maintain strong customer relationships across all large and small format 'off-premise' stores.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in a comprehensive training program to develop your skills and knowledge of Red Bull and its products
• Build and protect the Red Bull brand through proper product rotation and brand flow
• Establish and maintain friendly and professional relationships with customers to increase sales and growth
• Obtain necessary tools and insights to execute daily plans and effectively communicate with Account Sales Managers and Direct Sales Managers
• Support the team with audits, merchandising, and display building to drive sales growth
• Meet daily Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) focused on sales, distribution, pricing, display, new accounts, and merchandising

Requirements:

• Valid US Driver's License and obtainment of DOT Medical card
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Experience in customer service and sales is a plus
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays
• English; additional languages an advantage
