Description
We're seeking a patient-focused Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist at Team Rehab, you'll evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with the ultimate goal of having them recover from injuries, manage pain, and regain mobility. You'll create measurable, functional goals and adjust plans of care as patients progress. You'll also educate patients on treatment options, home exercises, and strategies to prevent re-injury.
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients, including those with neuromusculoskeletal impairments. You'll be part of a team that's committed to providing the best outpatient physical, occupational, and speech therapy in the Midwest.
