Description
As a Global Benefits Specialist at Palantir, you will be responsible for day-to-day benefit administration, compliance, and employee support. You will act as a first point of contact for employee questions, including healthcare, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, commuter, and wellbeing benefit enrollments/changes, and eligibility.
You will manage benefit operations and benefit compliance for US plans, including enrollments, files, invoicing, vendor management, compliance reporting, and employee experience across multiple populations of in-office and remote employees.
You will support benefit renewals, manage point solutions and vendor relationships, and cultivate and manage relationships with carriers and cross-functional partners to ensure delivery of high-quality and legally compliant programs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as a first point of contact for employee questions and benefit enrollments/changes
- Managing benefit operations and compliance for US plans
- Supporting benefit renewals and managing point solutions and vendor relationships
- Cultivating and managing relationships with carriers and cross-functional partners
- Ensuring delivery of high-quality and legally compliant programs
This role requires 2-3+ years of experience in US Benefits Administration and Compliance. You should have strong intuition and empathy when interfacing with employees and designing solutions to people-focused challenges. You should also have strong communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, operational excellence, and the ability to balance competing priorities.
As a Global Benefits Specialist, you will work closely with various teams, including Payroll, Mobility, and HRIS/Benefit administration in Workday. You will be comfortable supporting a global population in multiple time zones, working through email, messaging, and video conferencing where needed.
Total compensation for this position may include Restricted Stock units, sign-on bonus, and other potential future incentives. The estimated salary range for this position is $75,000 - $103,000/year.
