Travel & PERM Physical Therapist - South Carolina

We are seeking a Travel & PERM Physical Therapist to join our team in South Carolina.

As a Travel & PERM Physical Therapist, you will work with patients to develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve their mobility and function.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial evaluations and assessments to identify patient needs and goals
• Develop and implement treatment plans to address patient needs and goals
• Work with patients to improve their mobility and function
• Communicate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure effective care
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient progress

Requirements:

• Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy
• Current licensure to practice physical therapy in South Carolina
• Experience working with patients in an outpatient setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with patients with complex medical conditions
• Certification in a specialty area of physical therapy
