Role Overview

This role is aimed to cover the gap in the current workflow from sales to delivery, meet the Chinese customers' requirements, and bring better customer experience. The successful candidate will work with a bridge to link multiple contact persons in overseas production to customers in China, making it easier to level up the customer experience.

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Actively participate in client-related meetings internally and externally with colleagues from different departments.
  2. Conduct client meetings in the assigned territory when the sales team members cannot or hard to meet the client.
  3. Regularly meet with all contacts in the assigned territory and deliver information from the catch-ups to the related leaders and team members.
  4. Work with teammates from different service delivery teams globally to respond to customers' requests.
  5. Handle customer complaints and provide a satisfied solution together with the related service delivery team.
  6. Maintain the assigned customer information in the CRM system.
  7. Occasionally work on client-related admin tasks.
  8. Other tasks as required by the line manager.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree or above.
  2. 1-5 years of experience in the videogames industry is mandatory, and the candidate should be avid in games.
  3. Experience in CRM systems and compliant with the requirement to use CRM system and online data server for timely data/document entry.
  4. Experience in a multinational company with team members in different countries.
  5. Fluent in English.
  6. Self-driven. Able to deliver the best results without supervision.
  7. Possesses sales skills, and experience of dealing directly with customers.
  8. High standards and demands on the quality of one's work.
  9. Sense of time and urgency. Completes work in the time required, or when not required, in the most efficient manner and in the shortest time possible. And able to work under pressure.
  10. Not set limits for himself/herself and is willing to try new areas and things.
  11. Creative and innovative, open-minded, and willing to share and communicate.
  12. Willing to travel.

P.S.: This role is hybrid. Work in the office for 2 days per week with a floating workspace with the rest flexible in location for customer visit and preparation.
