As a Musketeer at Red Bull, you will be responsible for increasing the visibility and availability of Red Bull products in the Dutch hospitality industry. You will work closely with our Marketing On Premise manager to develop creative solutions to drive sales and build strong relationships with our clients. Your role will involve traveling throughout the region, visiting clients, and providing them with Point-of-Sale materials. You will also be responsible for analyzing data and developing strategies to optimize sales and growth.
The ideal candidate is a self-motivated individual who is comfortable working independently and as part of a team. You will be responsible for setting goals and targets, and you will be expected to meet and exceed them. You will have a strong understanding of the hospitality industry and be able to communicate effectively with clients. You will also have excellent negotiation skills and be able to think outside the box when faced with challenges.
As a Musketeer, you will be part of the Sales Academy and will receive training and support to help you grow and develop in your role. You will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and forward-thinking company that values innovation and creativity.
Responsibilities:
- Increase the visibility and availability of Red Bull products in the Dutch hospitality industry
- Develop and implement creative solutions to drive sales and build strong relationships with clients
- Analyze data and develop strategies to optimize sales and growth
- Travel throughout the region to visit clients and provide them with Point-of-Sale materials
- Work closely with the Marketing On Premise manager to develop and implement marketing campaigns
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the hospitality industry and its trends
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders
- Negotiate with clients to secure deals and partnerships
Requirements:
- 0-4 years of experience in the hospitality industry
- HBO or WO degree
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Fluency in Dutch and English
