GTM Enablement - Global Lead

ElevenLabs is looking for a GTM Enablement - Global Lead to define what world-class enablement looks like at scale. The successful candidate will own the strategy behind turning every rep into a top performer, lead a global enablement function, and set the strategic direction and measurement framework.

Responsibilities:

• Define the strategy behind enablement
• Lead a global enablement function
• Set the strategic direction and measurement framework
• Build automations applied directly to enablement workstreams
• Embed AI fluency into the seller curriculum

Requirements:

• 8+ years enablement leadership experience
• Real sales experience
• Hands-on experience building or working with AI agents and/or API tools
• Track record building enablement strategy and measurement frameworks
• Experience scaling programs consistently across distributed, global teams and time zones
• Builder's mindset

Location: Remote-first, can be executed from anywhere in the US or Europe
