At Holidu, data isn't just a support function , it's how we make decisions. The Analytics team builds the products and foundations that keep the whole organisation sharp, from day-to-day operations to long-term strategy.

This role is on-site in Munich, with two to three office days per week.

Your role in this journey

• You'll be part of Holidu's Business Intelligence department, sitting within one of Holidu's core analytics teams , a function at the intersection of data, strategy, and real business impact. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with data engineers, data scientists, and a broader analytics team.
• Engage with stakeholders across the company (e.g. Customer Support, Host Experience, Sales and Account Management), providing insights that influence product strategy, internal operations, and revenue growth.
• Understand problems and identify opportunities across a diverse range of stakeholder use cases, translating them into analytical requirements and communicating complex findings clearly to both technical and commercial audiences.
• Do real, high-quality analytical work , diving deep into the data, building solutions, and raising the bar for what good analysis looks like at Holidu.
• Contribute to shaping the future of analytics at Holidu by sharing knowledge, supporting colleagues, and bringing a continuous improvement mindset to how the team works.

Your backpack is filled with

• 4+ years of data analytics experience.
• A collaborative mindset with clear experience communicating findings to senior stakeholders and decision makers.
• A mission-driven, working-backwards mentality , starting from customer and business needs, navigating multi-stakeholder contexts, and translating goals into analytical solutions and actionable insights.
• Excellent analytical and technical skills: strong SQL, Python (or similar), data visualisation, and the ability to develop technical frameworks that serve a clear business need.
• A genuine commitment to AI enablement , you actively use tools like Claude Code or similar to enhance your own coding, planning, and workflows, and you're excited to bring others along. AI fluency is not a nice-to-have here, it's part of how we work and how we evaluate impact.
