RN Practice Manager

The outpatient Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) clinics serve a diverse patient population with neurological, musculoskeletal, and complex medical rehabilitation needs.

As a Practice Manager, you will lead nursing practice across outpatient clinic settings, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and scope of practice.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading nursing practice across outpatient clinic settings
• Ensuring safe, effective, and coordinated care in the ambulatory setting
• Monitoring and improving clinical quality metrics, patient outcomes
• Directly supervising nursing and clinical support staff
• Providing coaching, competency, and ongoing education to support quality clinical practice

Requirements include:

• Bachelor's degree (BSN) preferred
• RN NC LIC; BCLS
• Three years nursing experience with at least one year in a medical office or outpatient setting
• 2 years previous supervisory experience required
