Senior Mixed Signal Circuit Design Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Mixed Signal Circuit Design Engineer to join our growing team of diverse individuals responsible for handling challenging high-speed mixed-signal circuit designs.

You will be part of an analog team developing high-speed chip interfaces and complex analog functions that enable our graphics processing units (GPU) and SoC products (Tegra). Your responsibilities will include:

• Designing state-of-the-art mixed-signal circuits in deep sub-micron CMOS technologies
• Working closely with physical/layout engineers to floorplan and implement physical design of these functions
• Supporting debug, characterization, and product through high-volume production

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• MSEE or PhD in Electrical Engineering with 5+ years of analog design experience in industry
• Proven understanding of analog circuit layout concepts in submicron CMOS technologies, with experience in silicon design flow
• Experience in one or more of the following areas: digital links for display interfaces, USB, low-jitter clock synthesis using PLL techniques, IO pads, high-speed serial links, and ADC
• Strong communication skills in spoken and written English, with the ability to work effectively in a team
• Proficiency in scripting languages like Perl, Python, and Skill, as well as experience with design and verification tools
