Expert Technical Claim Management (m/w/d)

FUCHS LUBRICANTS GERMANY GmbH is a leading manufacturer of high-quality lubricants and chemical specialties for the German and international market. We are looking for an Expert Technical Claim Management to join our team in Mannheim.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle complex customer complaints from start to finish, including root cause analysis and resolution
• Develop, implement, and monitor corrective and preventive measures, including effectiveness testing
• Document analysis results in SAP and other tools
• Create technical feedback reports (e.g. 8D reports, status updates)
• Support customer meetings in collaboration with product or key account management
• Call in the PST (Product Safety Team) for critical complaints
• Communicate as needed with market surveillance
• Moderate 8D workshops

Requirements:

• Proficiency in SAP and Excel
• Experience with customer portals, programming knowledge a plus
• Methodical competence in claim management (e.g. 5-Why, Ishikawa, 8D)
• Basic knowledge of quality management and deep process understanding
• Strong communication skills, confident appearance, and sovereign handling of demanding customers
• Excellent German language skills in writing and speaking, good English language skills for communication with international customers
• Analytical thinking and structured work approach
• Teamwork, resilience, and willingness to continuous learning
