What's Expected of You?
- Support project leadership of (large-scale) building projects during the planning and implementation phase
- Assist with cost, time, and quality control
- Support the request, commissioning, and billing of planning and construction services in building projects
- Participate in reporting and the creation of committee reports
- Support coordination with external partners (planners, suppliers, contractors)
- Assist with site inspections
What Sets You Apart?
- Studying architecture, civil engineering, project management in building, economics engineering, or a comparable course with a focus on building/real estate management
- First-hand practical experience through internships desirable
- Proficient in using MS Office, particularly PowerPoint
- Self-motivated and structured working style
- Good organisational skills
- High communication and teamwork skills
