Description
We're looking for a Sales Manager to join our team at Holidu. As a Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing our portfolio of holiday homes and converting leads into new customers. You will be responsible for contacting hosts proactively to find out if Holidu is the right solution for their needs, using sales methods such as cold calling, inbound leads, and referrals.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and maintaining individual customer relationships through product presentations both on-site and remotely
- Building your own network and identifying new business opportunities
- Collecting feedback from customers and supporting the development of processes and products in collaboration with other departments
- Monitoring your activities and ensuring the achievement of monthly targets
- Taking responsibility for small projects and representing Holidu at various events
Requirements:
- High motivation and persuasion skills, both on the phone and in personal conversations
- Positive and empathetic personality that creates strong interpersonal relationships
- Solution-oriented thinking and ability to work responsibly and organized
- Optimistic attitude that tackles new challenges with enthusiasm
- Preferably, but not necessarily required: experience in sales or customer management, travel industry, or online business
- Near-native German language skills and fluent English
- Valid driver's license (Class B)
