Our Solutions Engineering team plays a vital role by partnering closely with our customers as well as with Sales, Customer Success, and Product to ensure mutual, long-term success.
We're looking for a Lead Solutions Engineer to inspire our customers by helping them understand the art of what's possible with the Webflow platform.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with 2-3 Account Executives & support multiple active customer opportunities across our growing Enterprise segment
- Guide customers through the evaluation process of Webflow ensuring that our solution meets key business objectives and technical requirements
- Conduct deep discovery, solution design, technical validation and business case development
- Present effective stories through demonstrations that highlight the benefits of using Webflow to solve key customer objectives and challenges
- Lead hands-on workshops and trials where appropriate
- Influence product direction for short & long-term success in Enterprise by representing the customer voice
- Lead strategic cross-functional initiatives that are key to advancing Webflow's mission of bringing development superpowers to everyone
- Travel up to 25%
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, ideally in the web development space
- Exhibit an advanced understanding of APIs and web programming languages , HTML, CSS & JavaScript
- Take a consultative approach and are passionate about helping customers solve problems
- Consistently demonstrate strong storytelling within the context of discovery and/or product demo sessions

- Possess strong written and verbal communication skills
- Creatively problem solve and automate routine tasks with AI
- Enjoy working autonomously, creatively, and kindly with your teammates while empowering and supporting those around you
- Demonstrate excellent coaching, writing, discovery and presentation skills
- Lead with enthusiasm for earning customer trust and deepening customer relationships
- Are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adaptable to changing priorities
