Description
As a Musketeer (HORECA Sales Representative), you will represent the Red Bull brand in On Premise locations within assigned areas, contributing to sales growth, distribution development, and partnership consolidation with HORECA partners. You will be responsible for maintaining visibility, availability, and premium execution of the brand in the market.
Responsibilities:
Developing the Portfolio & Sales
- Manage and develop relationships with HORECA locations in the assigned area
- Identify and attract new customers, contributing to numerical distribution growth
- Establish sales volume objectives per location and constantly monitor performance
Excellence in On Premise Execution
- Ensure the implementation of Red Bull On Premise standards and the High 5 concept
- Guarantee correct menu listing and Perfect Serve application
- Optimise product and POS material visibility across all locations
Area Management & Reporting
- Analyse the market permanently and identify growth opportunities
- Utilise On Premise tools correctly (GET, Hub, POS Catalogue)
- Respect reporting deadlines and monitor competitor activity
Marketing & Activations
- Implement the On Premise marketing strategy at the local level
- Support Red Bull activations and events, ensuring a premium execution
- Propose creative ideas contributing to the differentiation of the brand in the market
Communication & Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with the sales team and Regional Manager
- Build solid relationships with key location managers and decision-makers
- Represent the Red Bull brand through attitude, behaviour, and professionalism
Required skills and qualifications:
- At least 1 year of direct sales experience, preferably in the HORECA sector
- Completed higher education
- Category B driving license – obligatory
- PC operation knowledge
- Medium-level English language proficiency
- Fixed-term contract (June–September). Employment is made through our external partner.
Travel: 90-100%,
