Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and create a welcoming store environment.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide personalised recommendations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service using in-depth product knowledge.
• Assist in hosting in-store events and maintain a clean, tidy shop floor.
• Support sales targets by promoting products creatively and managing stock levels efficiently.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
