(Junior) Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a (Junior) Construction Project Manager to join our construction team. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing various tasks as a representative of the client. Your goal will be to create exceptional facilities for different business areas and tackle challenging projects in the coming years.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble and lead project teams
• Manage projects independently
• Coordinate with authorities and obtain necessary permits
• Budget and manage costs for construction projects
• Conduct negotiations, prepare price quotes, and make recommendations for awarding contracts
• Coordinate with all stakeholders involved in a project
• Lead construction and project management

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience as a construction or project manager
• Completed technical education in civil engineering or a comparable degree in construction or building technology
• Excellent German language skills and good English language skills in writing and speaking
• Good computer skills (MS Office, including MS Project) and CAD skills (AutoCAD)
• Basic knowledge of Success X or ORCA is advantageous
• Willingness to travel 30-40%
• Valid driver's license
