Experience Manager, Places

Reddit is seeking an Experience Manager, Places to join their Experience Team. The successful candidate will manage operations for the New York, Chicago, and Toronto offices, overseeing local team members. The goal is to create a workplace that ensures Reddit's employees, known as Snoos, have a first-rate employee experience.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement workplace operations strategies that prioritize clarity, diversity, international audiences, and accessibility
• Manage and assign tasks to local Experience team members
• Oversee workplace operations, strategic development, and budget execution for Reddit's regional offices
• Coordinate in-person meetings, events, and general Reddit engagements
• Plan and execute culture-building events within the office and local area
• Support international customization of workplace programs
• Create new workplace processes and manage implementation
• Maintain relationships with landlords, vendors, and internal partners
• Assist with high-visibility projects and administrative tasks

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of office coordination or administrative support experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a People Leader
• Experience working across various timezones, cultures, and markets
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Google Suite experience
