We are seeking a skilled System Administrator to join our Networking Business Unit team. This role will focus on optimising IT infrastructure for our Software System organisation within the NVIDIA Business Unit. The role requires proven Linux System Administration experience, technical proficiency in scripting and monitoring, and strong communication skills.
Key responsibilities include investigating IT-related challenges faced by Software System Design, Verification, and DevOps teams, working with NVIDIA IT teams to develop and implement solutions, collaborating effectively with IT teams globally to ensure flawless integration of IT changes, building and maintaining automated monitoring systems, and staying updated with the latest industry trends and advancements to drive continuous improvement in Software System infrastructure.
To be successful in this role, you will need a BSc in Engineering or relevant certifications, over 5 years of proven experience as a Linux System Administrator, proficiency in computer structures, Linux environments, storage, and networking support, hands-on lab practice, and a strong system-level understanding. You should also have practical experience using monitoring tools such as Zabbix, Prometheus, Nagios, or equivalents, excellent interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication, and good coding skills in bash or Python.
If you have practical experience working with NVIDIA's hardware, experience with Infoblox, familiarity with Jenkins and Git, and great project management skills, you will stand out from the crowd.
