Senior Management Consultant - Life Sciences Commercial Transformation

Infosys Consulting is looking for a Senior Management Consultant to join their Life Sciences consulting practice, specializing in Commercial Transformation Solutions.

As a Digital Innovation, Solution Expansion and Value Realisation Consultant, you will work with life sciences companies to capitalize on their commercial capabilities and guide them in their innovation efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Identify emerging commercial challenges and uncover high-impact opportunities for digital solutions
• Design scalable, tech-enabled commercial solutions and develop business cases tied to KPIs
• Evaluate and expand commercial tools and platforms across client functions
• Develop solutions that integrate seamlessly with commercial workflows
• Drive go-to-market efforts and engage senior commercial stakeholders
• Identify trends and develop forward-looking perspectives on commercial innovation in life sciences

Basic Qualifications:

• Proven success in life sciences commercial business processes
• Expertise in one or more commercial domains: Sales, omnichannel marketing, market access, medical affairs, and patient services
• Familiarity with sales and marketing systems, CRM, CMS, marketing automation systems, and commercial analytics tools
• 7+ years of relevant professional experience in Life Sciences, with 5+ years in a consulting services organization
• Bachelor's degree in a Life Science-related field

Preferred Qualifications:

• Industry experience working directly at pharmaceutical, medical devices, or pharmaceutical distributor organizations
• Experience working with Veeva or Salesforce commercial platforms
• Familiarity with healthcare data stack
• Master's degree or MBA
• Experience working with large offshore delivery organizations
• Track record in driving commercial transformation
