Staff Technical Program Manager

Reddit is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to join its Ads TPM team within the Tech PMO, supporting the Ads Product & Engineering organization.

As a TPM, you will lead your team in driving cross-functional initiatives that span multiple technical teams. You will own and drive technical programs in the Ads Monetization engineering space, working cross-functionally across multiple engineering teams at Reddit.

The Technical Program Management Office (Tech PMO) exists to accelerate, scale, and empower all teams at Reddit to do their best work and advance the company's mission.

Responsibilities:

• Dive into Details: understand project details and guide teams with technical judgment.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of collective experience in engineering and program management roles, with at least 4 years focused on digital ads platforms or ads monetization.
• Strong communication and influencing skills.
• Team player mentality with the ability to work collaboratively across all levels of the organization.
• Proactive and curious by nature.
• Technical depth and judgment.
• Analytical problem-solving experience with large-scale systems.

Salary: $194,600-$272,400 USD
