Business QA AI Lead

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Business QA AI Lead. This role involves leading and supporting QA automation initiatives across web and mobile platforms, working with business, technology, QA, and delivery teams to improve testing efficiency, coverage, and quality.

Principal responsibilities:

• Lead and support QA automation initiatives across web and mobile platforms.
• Work with business, technology, QA, and delivery teams to improve testing efficiency, coverage, and quality.
• Support digital delivery by applying automation-first and engineering-led testing practices.
• Explore and implement AI-enabled QA solutions, including AI Agent use cases for Business QA.
• Provide technical guidance to QA colleagues and support automation and AI capability uplift.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure automation deliverables align with project priorities and timelines.

Requirements:

• Experience in QA automation, software engineering, digital delivery, or change management.
• Strong hands-on experience in web automation testing, such as Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress.
• Experience in mobile automation testing for iOS and/or Android, such as Appium.
• Good programming skills in Java and/or Python.
• Good understanding of test automation strategy, testing lifecycle, CI/CD, and quality engineering practices.
• Experience in AI Agent development or AI-enabled software delivery/testing.
