We are seeking an Activity Staff to join our team on board our ships. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for creating lasting memories by consistently delivering a guest-centric product experience that aligns with brand standards and health and sanitization protocols.
Key responsibilities include:
- Creating positive connections with guests and emceeing key activity and entertainment programming
- Supporting a guest and teammate-centric culture that increases Net Promoter, profitability, Service Excellence, and drives a safe and healthy environment in accordance with HESS protocols
- Collaborating with onboard teammates to provide reliable information and updates to deliver an outstanding guest experience
- Providing a positive first impression to guests through a warm, welcoming greeting, maintaining the company's standard, and complying with fleet safety regulations in accordance with HESS protocols
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate an understanding of the fundamental principles of guest experience and hospitality operations, as well as a commitment to providing exemplary guest service and a willingness to support others in the delivery of the same.
In addition to your experience and skills, you will need to possess a stage style that is confident yet charming, charismatic and energetic, and be able to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
