Advantest 93K Test Development Engineer

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Principal Validation/Verification Engineer with a strong background in ATE test development, especially on Advantest 93K. The successful candidate will lead ATE testing using Advantest 93K testers, develop advanced test programs and flows, and create electrical failure analysis test programs.

What you'll do

• Lead ATE testing using Advantest 93K testers.
• Develop advanced test programs and flows.
• Create electrical failure analysis test programs.
• Implement new test methodologies for project qualification.
• Collaborate with design and product teams to ensure quality.
• Document results and provide feedback for improvements.

What you need

• Must have hands-on Advantest 93K experience.
• Strong test program and flow development skills.
• Expertise in failure analysis and troubleshooting.
• Bachelor’s or higher in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
• 8+ years of relevant experience.
