Legal Operations Specialist

The Legal Operations Specialist will report to and partner with the Manager, Legal Operations, in strengthening and scaling the Legal Operations function within Legal and Government Affairs. This role requires both systems thinking and hands-on execution in a fast-growing, cross-functional environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting the design, implementation, and governance of enterprise Legal workflows, intake structures, and metadata standards
• Partnering in transitioning from CLM cleanup to sustainable systems governance and ongoing optimization
• Identifying and scoping structured AI use cases within standardized Legal workflows
• Translating Legal and business requirements into clear specifications for technical implementation
• Supporting the development of reporting frameworks and metrics to improve operational visibility

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in Legal Operations, legal systems, or business operations within a high-growth environment. They should have a strong understanding of CLM platforms, legal billing/spend tools, workflow systems, and reporting environments.
