Business Process Management, Sr Staff

We are looking for a Business Process professional to join the SSG Operations Team. The ideal candidate would be a highly detailed, accountable, professional that thrives in a fast-paced environment who will partner closely with the services organization to identify, prioritize, and deliver on their operational needs.

What you'll do

• Drive operational transparency: Document and train on existing processes, procedures, and systems. Identify opportunities to scale and improve day-to-day operations.
• Ensure data integrity: Implement regular data, governance, and hygiene processes. Proactively maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency, and drive improvement.
