Description
You will be part of project teams supporting MHP's clients as a Senior Management Consultant.
Your key responsibilities will include advising clients on how to solve specific business challenges, identifying client challenges, and devising approaches on how to solve them.
To succeed in this role, you will need to be adaptable, fast-learning, confident, and have worked with executive stakeholders before.
In addition, you will need to have at least 5 years of experience within consulting companies, be able to handle changing requirements and priorities in a dynamic project environment, and understand complex technical discussions.
You will also need to be able to draft minutes, presentations, and management documents accurately in German, and be confident in presenting in (virtual) meetings and workshops in German.
Experience with Kanban, status tracking, escalation management, deadline management, and stakeholder communication is also required.
You will be self-organized and reliable in tracking tasks and open issues, and have fluent German and English skills.
Finally, you will need to be willing to travel.
