GBP 34,104 - 35,109 per year

Apply on Croydon Council

Description

We are seeking a recent graduate to join Croydon Council as a Graduate Complaints Officer. This is a new role designed to provide entry-level graduate opportunities in the Council. You will help manage complaints received from residents, work with teams across the Council to resolve issues, monitor performance, analyse trends, and prepare management information.

In return, we offer a structured development opportunity, Local Government Pension Scheme membership, generous annual leave entitlement, and opportunities to progress within London's largest local authority.

The ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills, good organisation and attention to detail, an analytical and inquisitive mindset, confidence working with information and data, and a genuine interest in public service.

We are committed to maintaining a sustainable financial position, listening to residents, and delivering high-quality, sustainable services. Our priorities include creating a cleaner and safer Croydon, supporting a thriving town centre and local high streets, delivering a fair deal for residents, improving roads and journeys across the borough, creating places people are proud to call home, and backing families, children, young people and adults.
