Description
We are looking for a Senior Solutions Engineer to join our team on the West Coast. As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you will be responsible for collaborating with account executives to develop and execute territory and account strategies to maximise the Okta opportunity in those accounts.
Your duties will include conducting research and discovery to understand customer requirements and communicating the business value of solving technology problems using cloud technology. You will also be responsible for executing the delivery of POCs for customers with complex use cases, collaborating with other Okta engineering teams as needed.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of Identity & Access Management (IAM) and experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP. You will also need to be an elite communicator and able to identify, map, and manage multiple personas.
This is a hybrid role, requiring in-person onboarding and travel to an office in the U.S. during the first week of employment. The OTE range for this position is between $192,000-$323,000 USD, depending on location and experience.
