Description
HSBC is recruiting an Alt. Contrôleur de Gestion & Gestion des Risques Fournisseurs junior to join their CIB Tech Operations team in Courbevoie, France.
The successful candidate will work on two main areas: Third Party Risk Management and Control of Management.
Third Party Risk Management:
- Manage Third Party Management (delegation of an activity to a subcontractor) and associated risks (external and internal suppliers) through the group's tools, in partnership with European entities and other HSBC departments (Purchasing, Legal Department, Compliance).
- Support Corporate and Institutional Banking Tech France and IT Europe managers in applying procedures and controls necessary following European Banking Authority Outsourcing Guidelines and Regulation DORA recommendations.
- Prepare Third Party Management Forum (HBCIB Tech Operations committee in presence of France, Europe and CIB countries' responsible).
- Analyse and follow up on points raised during audits related to Third Party Management (Internal Controls - Quality Assurance and External Regulator).
- Work in collaboration with Risk and Resilience teams to implement rule changes.
- Manage contracts associated with internal partners (Intra Group).
Control of Management:
- Update, track and analyse finance and billing reports towards departments.
- Participate in monthly/annual technology closures.
The ideal candidate is an undergraduate student in a business school or university, preparing a degree in management control or risk management, with a good mastery of office tools, particularly Excel (TCD/analyses), and a professional level of English.
The successful candidate will have a strong interest in third-party risk and management control, with a willingness to develop skills in these areas.
