Description
Your primary responsibility will be practical problem-solving any issues found within the quality stations, reworking the fault to the required standard of process. You will also conduct a 4m method to quickly resolve within our internal stakeholder team. Additionally, you will ensure all health and safety guidelines are adhered to.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a good understanding of processes and work instructions to deliver a consistent process. You should also have knowledge of workplace safety risk assessments and their meaning. Experience of working under pressure and to tight deadlines is essential.
High attention to detail and quality standards are crucial, as well as being able to act under pressure with calmness and clarity of thought. You will also need to be a confident and professional individual who is able to communicate effectively.
