CoreWeave is seeking a Director of Engineering, Security Products to lead the engineering teams building our identity, authorization, and encryption platforms. In this highly technical and strategic role, you will define and execute the roadmap for security products that underpin customer trust and enable regulated AI workloads at scale.
As a member of the CoreWeave team, you will be responsible for leading high-performing engineering teams, including managers and senior ICs, responsible for building and operating security-critical services. You will own the availability, reliability, and performance of security product services in production, including SLIs/SLOs, incident management, and on-call practices.
Key responsibilities include defining and driving the engineering roadmap for CoreWeave security products, partnering closely with Product Management and Information Security to translate customer, compliance, and GRC requirements into clear technical designs and delivery plans, and overseeing the architecture and implementation of secure, scalable, and auditable systems that integrate with customer identity providers, key management systems, and security tooling.
The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in software or infrastructure engineering building and operating production services, 5+ years of engineering leadership experience, including directly managing other managers and scaling multi-team organizations, and a proven track record of delivering security, identity, or encryption-related products at a cloud provider, security company, or large-scale SaaS.
