Job Objective: Clean, tidy, and organise rooms and common areas to our brand's high standards, ensuring guest comfort and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain rooms and common areas, adhering to safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
- Use personal protective equipment and cleaning materials correctly.
- Prepare service carts with necessary items.
- Check room equipment and report maintenance issues.
- Handle lost items according to procedure.
- Share guest preferences to personalise services.
- Represent our brand values and participate in service culture initiatives.
- Adopt sustainable practices for water, energy, and products.
- Perform other tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Completed primary education.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning and housekeeping.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Completed secondary education.
- Knowledge of cleaning products and usage.
- Experience in housekeeping.
Working Conditions:
- 5x2 shift pattern (08:00 - 16:20)
