As a Food & Beverage Host at Ibis Betim, you will be responsible for serving customers in the breakfast bar/restaurant/convenience store, according to the brand's style. Your goal will be to stimulate sales while ensuring the quality of products offered.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and serve customers
- Manage consumption and control stocks
- Prepare and replenish buffets for breakfast/lunch/dinner and set up coffee breaks for events
- Serve food and drinks, including desserts and coffee
- Actively sell menu items from the restaurant and bar
- Handle cash transactions and manage inventory
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace
Requirements:
- Completed secondary education
- Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, and internet)
- Basic English language skills
Desirable qualifications:
- Bartending or waiter training
- Food safety courses
- Point of sale systems experience
- Intermediate English language skills
Additional information:
- 5x2 shift pattern
- Working hours: 14:00-22:10 or 06:00-14:20
