Description
We are seeking a Night Cleaner (Housekeeping) to join our team at the Mercure São Paulo Vila Olimpia hotel.
The successful candidate will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
Key responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, including changing linens and replenishing amenities
- Organize cleaning carts and equipment
- Conduct maintenance checks and report any issues
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of vacant rooms and public areas
- Collect laundry and deliver to external laundry service
- Record information on room occupancy and cleaning status
- Apply quality control processes
- Ensure security protocols are followed
