Welcome to the Mercure São Paulo Vila Olimpia!
We are looking for a Housekeeper (Floor) to join our team at the Mercure São Paulo Vila Olimpia hotel, located in the heart of Vila Olímpia, São Paulo.
Main Objective: Ensure the organisation and cleanliness of rooms and floors under your responsibility, meeting the excellence standards required by the brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make beds and clean rooms during guests' stay and after checkout, replacing linens and replenishing amenities.
- Organise cleaning carts with necessary materials, equipment, and supplies.
- Conduct maintenance checks, report irregularities, and request replacements as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of vacant rooms.
- Clean corridors and elevator areas.
- Identify and deliver lost items to supervisors.
- Collect guest laundry for external laundry services.
- Keep service areas clean and organised.
- Record room occupancy information and follow established procedures.
- Apply area-specific processes and procedures.
- Maintain equipment and materials under your responsibility.
- Secure floor keys according to established criteria.
- Perform other related tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Open-minded, customer-oriented, team player, proactive, and communicative.
- Attention to detail, discretion, responsibility, and organisational skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Additional Information:
- Working hours: 6x1 schedule, Monday to Saturday, 8am-4:20pm, Sunday 9am-5:20pm.
