Description
In this role, you will operate and maintain the V-BAT unmanned aircraft system in real-world, high-consequence environments, directly enabling Group 3 ISR missions.
As a fully qualified V-BAT operator, you'll serve as both pilot and maintainer within a small, agile team, executing missions from austere, shore-based, and maritime locations.
You will act as a subject-matter expert in ISR mission planning, aeronautical decision-making, crew resource management, operational risk and airspace coordination,owning mission execution from planning through recovery.

Achieves and maintains V-BAT operator qualifications, proficiency and currency and performs crewmember duties in support of Group 3 ISR operations.
Performs pilot and maintenance duties in austere environments, shore-based and maritime, as a member of a small team.
Serves as subject-matter expert on Group 3 ISR mission planning, aeronautical decision-making, crew resources management, operational risk management, and airspace management and coordination.
Required qualifications:
Ability to work in a high-tempo and ambiguous environment.
Very Basic English language skills.
Previous Group 3 or above UAS pilot experience.
Previous military service with operational experience.
Must be able to travel outside of Ukraine
